How much is the reservation and how to reserve a scooter?

Pick your desired scooter from our online catalog and send us your reservation order by filling up the form on our product page or simply email

The reservation fee is Php 10,000 only (D4+ 2.0, Lightning, D6+), which is deductible from the total amount of the chosen unit. (Only if the unit is out of stock and waiting for the next batch)

One of our customer representatives will assist you and give you the details for the required reservation payment to confirm your reservation order. Once your reserved unit arrives at our store, you are then required to pay the whole amount of the product's price within 3 days. If no payments have been made your reservation will be void and your unit will be open for other buyers.

What is the coverage of the warranty?

The service team of Skooter Trade is available at your disposal regarding any question or clarification required and we will be happy to assist you.

1 month: voltage lock, display, front & tail light, on-off switch, controller.

3 months: brake discs, brake levers, charger.

6 months: handlebar, folding mechanism, springs/shocks, rear-wheel fork, folding buckle, battery, motor (motor wire issues not included). The warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions, or damage caused by incorrect usage, maintenance, or adjustment as advised in the user manual.

We provide our customers with free replacements parts once. The warranty is limited to the first purchaser only and if you sell your Electric Scooter it cannot be transferred to the next purchaser. If you need to claim under the warranty the purchaser is required to present the purchase invoice.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, maintenance or adjustment as advised in the user manual;
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by or during the time that a user is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other mind-altering influences;
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by acts of nature;
  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage caused by or as a result of the customer self-modifying, decomposing, or destroying the parts without prior authority from the manufacturer.
  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage caused by the use of non-original parts or unauthorized circuit and configuration change.
  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage caused by overloading, lack of routine care and maintenance, and/or other misuse not in line with the product's intended purpose.
  • Fractures/raptures or loss of plastic parts inclusive of the choke, charging port, handlebar switches, and plastic flaps.
  • Any utilization intended for commercial needs, rental, competitions and freights towing.
  • The utilization of components that were not supplied by the manufacturer (non-genuine parts).
How do you provide after sales service during COVID-19?

If you're in need of Post Maintenance Service or any repair regarding the scooter from Skooter Trade, you can book a schedule with us and our technician will assist you with your problems in our service center.

Do you have a physical service center?

Yes, our showroom is located at 4988 P. Guanzon, Poblacion, Makati, 1209 Metro Manila

Where do you ship?

Delivery fees outside Metro Manila will be shouldered by the buyers. 

NOTE: We are not responsible for delays in delivery by the carrier for reasons of their choosing (e.g. adverse weather conditions). Refunds will not be offered if the carrier does not meet their delivery responsibilities.

Do you allow changes to an order?

Once placed, an order is final and cannot be changed. This cancellation policy exists because of workflow issues involving supplies and manufacturing delivery time. Please make sure your order is exactly the way you want it before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but keep in mind that reservations of electric scooters are non-refundable.

What are your mode of payments?

We accept cash, installment payment via BDO, Billease, and In-house, straight payment via all major credit cards, and accounts (WeChat, AliPay, GCash, and GrabPay).

Do you offer installment payments?

We are offering 0% installment up to 3 - 6* months for BDO credit cardholders.
